 ‘Happy’ Singer, Pharrell Williams has bought himself an impressive $7.14 million condo in Los Angeles’ Laurel Canyon.
The 4,000 square feet house offers six bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, an infinity pool, a two-story guest residence, and a roof deck equipped to project movies.
The crib was originally listed for $9 million, but Pharrell proved he is not only a great musician, but also a good business man and paid $1.86 million less for it.

A two-meter long piece of debris washed up on La Reunion Island off the southeastern African coast, fueling speculation that it could be a part of missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370, which vanished after taking off from Kuala Lumpur in March 2014. The piece of wreckage, which appears to be part of a Boeing 777 wing, was found on Wednesday by people clearing trails along the coastline of La Reunion, a French island in the Indian Ocean.
