Two young men have been charged in a truly horrific crime that took the life of a 16-year-old High School girl in Baltimore. According to police, Childs told detectives that he and Dixon planned to rob Bowers’ home.They said Bowers had been spending time with Childs and Dixon at Childs’ apartment building. After Bowers’ grandmother picked her up on Saturday, police said, Dixon followed the car home on a bike. Once he knew where Bowers lived, police said, he returned with Childs.

Boko Haram terrorists under the banner of Islamic State branch of West Africa have released a new video. BBC reports that Abubakar Shekau, boko haram leader did not appear in the video and the person who speaks did not introduce himself or make any reference to Shekau. In the video, the terrorists denied recent successes claimed by the Nigerian military. A masked person in military fatigue flanked by well-armed fighters said they are still operating in the Sambisa forest and promised to counter any attack by the army. Footballer Cristiano Ronaldo was spotted leaving Saint Tropez’s exclusive club Le Quai in the early hours of Monday. A cyclist was hauled from the start line of a naked bike race and spoken to by police following reports that he had an erection. The "aroused" and "overexcited" man was spotted at the start of the World Naked Bike Ride (WNBR) event in Canterbury, Kent, on Sunday. According to a data released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), Nigeria earned N2.838 trillion from the export of petroleum products in the first quarter of 2015. The amount is 64.18 per cent of the Federal Government’s 2015 budget of N4.425 trillion. The NBS, in its Foreign Trade Statistics for the first quarter of the year, stated that the export of petroleum products accounted for 87.86 per cent of Nigeria’s total merchandise export of N3.23 trillion in Q1. Giving a breakdown of the petroleum products export, the NBS disclosed that crude oil emerged the highest exported commodity in the quarter under review, valued at N2.251 trillion, representing 69.7 per cent of the country’s total export. The value of the country’s crude oil export in the first quarter of 2015 represents an appreciation of 0.54 per cent when compared against N2.239 trillion recorded in the preceding quarter. Police in Lagos have arrested a member of a suspected robbery gang that usually wore military camouflage while robbing unsuspecting private and commercial vehicles trapped in traffic around Mile 2, Festac, Alakija and its environs. Police sources said it was discovered that the suspect was a dismissed soldier. He was said to have been dismissed from the Nigerian Army over unethical conduct. The 43-year-old suspect, identified as Adokie Tombra, revealed that he wore Army camouflage to evade paying fare each time he boarded commercial vehicles. Vanguard gathered that Tombra was apprehended by policemen attached to Festac Division, in full Military regalia, while members of his gang were attempting to escape after a robbery operation.
