There is nothing that some desperate people wont do for money because i cant see why a someone  in his right mind will leave his home and a closed area ton bath on a busy road.

4 Boko Haram Members Captured in Borno State

Governor Kashim Shettima of Borno State has Directed the Civilian JTF in Konduga to hand over the four Boko Haram terrorists they arrested in Malari village to security agents. Shettima, who stated this while receiving thousands of villagers displaced by the boko haram insurgents, also announced a donation of N3 Million to the IDPs from Malari village and Konduga town.
