An Eyewitness Brydon Tarafa, 28, told the UK's Dailymail.com that he heard Edina Hines' boyfriend yelling 'Jesus Christ is born.' He then heard E'Dina screaming.

When police arrived they found E'Dena unresponsive with stab wounds to her torso outside an apartment building in the Washington Heights area of New York City just before 3:00 a.m. According to reports, police discovered her 'live in boyfriend' was standing over her body screaming and the knife was recovered at the scene.
